Susan was born and raised in northern New Jersey and holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Pace University in New York. Having lived in Tucson for 5 years following college graduation, she returned to the southwest in 2002. She joined Cadden Community Management as the HOA Finance Director in the Fall of 2009. She is responsible for overseeing the Finance Department and Cadden’s staff of bookkeepers, who are responsible for all areas of Financial Management for the Associations managed by the company. Her professional experience includes commercial lending, tax and private accounting and she has been involved with the property management industry for 4 years. Susan is currently working on her CAASP certification through AACM.
