Mike Cadden was born and raised in upstate New York where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York, College at Oswego. He then joined the Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander with the Special Forces Unit known as Navy Seals. After serving tours of duty in, among other places, Vietnam, Egypt, Israel and the Philippines, Mike ended his Navy service as an instructor at the Basic Underwater Demolition/Seal School (BUD/S). Upon being honorably discharged from the Navy, he attended the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology where he obtained another Bachelors Degree (with Honors) in Mining Engineering.
In 1982, Mike’s engineering degree took him to Saudi Arabia where his responsibilities included project planning and administration. After a few years in the Middle East, Mike moved back to the states and settled in Tucson where he established his own business - Cadden Community Management.
