Director of Association Operations
Kim Lax relocated from Oregon and was hired by Cadden Community Management in 2002. Kim started as a front desk clerk and quickly moved up the ranks to assistant manager and then association manager. Kim was recently promoted to Director of Operations overseeing 15 managers and 150 accounts. Kim was employee of the year for 2008. Kim holds the following designations: Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS). Kim has also earned our profession’s highest certification of Professional Community Association Management (PCAM).
